lol once when I was in tech support we pushed an update over the weekend. on Monday the the bookkeeper called us and said his computer wasnt working. I walked in, pushed the power button and miraculously it started working! imagine that!

People who do not know how to use a computer should not be allowed to own one. Oh wait. Then I might be out of a job. I once had to explain step by step how to shut down a computer. After 5 minutes of " look at the lower left hand corner, click start (or the window icon) then click shut down."... I finally just said. Hit the power button. To which the person replyed. "Computers have power?"
